The Alliance for Africa Economic Development Initiative (AAEDI), which was formed between GBS Com-Tech Corporation (GBS) a US publicly quoted Company whose Chairman and CEO is a Nigerian born American citizen, Rev. G. Bolanle Shonekan; The University of North Florida (UNF) / Center for International Business Studies; Florida West Africa Institute (FLAWI) and Florida Coastal  School  of Law / Center for Strategic Governance and International Initiatives; and an MOU on Cooperation with Enterprise Florida / Africa Trade Expansion will coordinate and manage projects initiated by GBS Com-Tech and the Nigerian Association

of Chambers of Commerce, Industry, Mines and Agriculture (NACCIMA).  NACCIMA is the umbrella organization for all the city/state and Bilateral Chambers of Commerce within the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and partners with CIPE (Center for International Private Enterprises) WASHIGNTON, D. C. ON BUSINESS PARTICIPATION IN LEGISLATIVE PROCESS.
  

AAEDI and NACCIMA have agreed and currently working together on implementation of the Economic Reconstruction Plan and Development of Basic Infrastructure for Nigeria, the ECOWAS and Africa.

This Economic Reconstruction Plan by AAEDI-NACCIMA meets published requirements for the G8 Africa Action Plan and the United States' Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC).

AAEDI-NACCIMA will recommend, promote and coordinate projects and programs for Economic and Development of Basic Infrastructure that meet the G8, US' MCC and NEPAD goals for Africa.
